The back cover of the stacker is simple to remove by loosening two bolts. This provides great accessibility to all key components for inspection, maintenance, and servicing. A vertical motor and the control system enable easy maintenance and troubleshooting with a low voltage cut-off setting that helps protect the battery.
An hour meter and battery indicator are installed as standard to inform operators of cumulative operation time and remaining battery charge.
The safety design of our hydraulic system prevents the mast from dropping abruptly should the hydraulic pipeline cut off. This is paired with an emergency disconnector that will automatically shut off power to the motor should the operator lose control. Multiple lifting limits offer protection and an automatic switch lowers the speed once the forks reach the setting height.
An electric valve is installed as standard to be locked up once power to the motor is cut off. The emergency reverse button protects the operator from any instance of injury and anti-rolling rear brakes are in place to prevent the stacker from rolling or skidding when navigating ramps or not in control.
