With outstanding maneuverability, control, and operator visibility, the APRT unit is designed to be efficient and durable across all manner of operations working long distances.

Carefully constructed with Nexen technology, the APRT provides comfortable and smooth operation while being versatile, alternating between pedestrian and ride-on modes as the job demands. A cage is fitted to this unit for added operator comfort and safety.

Features:

Operation:

The ergonomic design of the tiller head enables all buttons to be reached comfortably and conveniently.
A backrest cushion, support seat, spacious operation room, and vibration absorbing platform greatly improves operator comfort during applications with electric power steering for smooth and precise control.

A unique drive floating suspension system is included to ensure stability of the pallet truck whilst travelling at high speeds.

Performance:

A low-noise but durable hydraulic unit utilises a high quality cylinder and hosing to ensure great reliability of the hydraulic system with a high strength vertical gearbox and box frame to increase product lifetime.
The innovative AC electric system provides powerful and accurate control with excellent performance. AMP connector electric wires and cables are used to protect the system and greatly reduce any chance of electrical failure/malfunction.

Safety:

The half-surrounded operator cage provides ultimate operator safety whilst travelling at high speeds. The side leaning position gives wider visibility when travelling forwards and in reverse.
A safety foot switch is included to prevent operators from losing control. Automatic and reverse current braking is enabled when the foot switch is off, or the travel switch is set to neutral. An anti-rolling brake prevents the truck from skidding or rolling if the operator is not in control or when navigating ramps.

Should the operator lose control, there is an emergency disconnector installed to cut the power in order to prevent any accidents.

Maintenance:

Removing the back cover by loosening four bolts enables easy access to all key components for inspection and maintenance, including the battery. A vertical motor is convenient for maintenance and servicing.
The control system allows for simple troubleshooting. The hour meter and battery indicator serves to notify the operator of cumulative operation time and remaining battery charge.
