Nexen order pickers feature compact design and high maneuverability, providing versatility and high performance in a wide array of inventory management applications across retail, warehousing, and distribution. Nexen order pickers have been developed with a high ethos on maximising productivity whilst minimising operating costs.

Our ergonomically designed tiller head ensures that all buttons can be reached comfortably with a coast control function and electric power steering included for order picking and smooth control.
The LLOP20 unit has been designed for operator comfort, featuring a backrest cushion, spacious operation room, and a vibration-absorbing pedal to maximise operation time without tire.

Our innovative AC system is built to provide power and accurate control and excellent performance. It delivers high speeds up to 12km/h whilst unladen and includes AMP connector wires and cables to protect the electrical components from failure.
The hydraulic unit utilises a high quality cylinder and hosing, producing low noise and ensuring the reliability of the hydraulic system.

By loosening two bolts, the back cover can be removed, providing easy access to all key components for servicing, inspection, and maintenance. This includes the maintenance-free traction motor. Thanks to our user-friendly control system, troubleshooting has been made convenient and quick.
An hour meter and battery indicator are installed in the LLOP20 as standard which will notify operators of cumulative operation time and remaining battery charge, with a low voltage lift cut off that will protect the battery.

Dual-monitoring steering and a safety foot-switch have been installed to help prevent instances of misoperation. The foot switch does this by automatically applying reverse current braking once the switch is not in use or if the travel switch is set to neutral.
An emergency disconnector will cut off power to the motor should the operator lose control, helping to avoid accidents. A skidproof brake is used as standard to prevent the order picker from skidding or rolling when navigating inclines or not in control.
